About Ursula Beste
Ursula Beste
Many years ago, I had a demanding exam ahead of me. The subject matter was extensive and complex, and what made things worse is that I found it downright boring. Then, a small paperback about NLP fell into my hands and I tried out one of the exercises. With that, my motivation problems were history. My curiosity was aroused and an exciting journey of discovery began.
A few years later, I attended an NLP training in Austria and was homesick once again. For the first time I asked myself, “What if an NLP process could help here too?” I applied an exercise that took less than an hour. Since then, I can go on holiday or attend workshops and feel perfectly fine.
Other techniques like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) followed. I noticed that as a byproduct of working on my personal development, I became increasingly more serene and resilient and gained more inner freedom. Finally, I completed the training to become a certified systemic coach, because I wanted to help other people to also find this inner freedom. The positive changes I have been able to observe in myself and others inspire me to this day. Time and again I have experienced how sensitive and competent support is invaluable, especially in times of significant change.
